Agreement

By signing below I agree that, should my application for membership be accepted, I am liable for all charges to my account incurred by myself, my family members, and any sponsored guests and to pay those charges in accordance with Hillcrest Golf & Country Club by-laws. Should such amounts be referred for collection, I agree to be responsible for all costs of collection including, but not limited to, court costs and attorney fees. I further agree to, and herby do, authorize a credit investigation prior to any action upon this application. I expressly authorize any financial institution or other business where I have obtained credit to allow Hillcrest Golf & Country Club or its representative access to such records of account.

I agree to pay the current initiation fee as of the date of this agreement. I understand that I am liable for the entire initiation fee upon signing this agreement. I fully understand that while Hillcrest Golf and Country Club have monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual dues as options of payments, however, we only have yearly memberships. If you choose any other payment other than annual and if you choose to leave, the remaining months of your current year of obligation will be due. Also, initiation fees, annual dues, and assessments are nonrefundable.
